I would have rated this higher if all of the stories from this issue had been in here, but "Manhunt" from Will Eisner was worth reading. I really liked the way the inking (almost cross-hatching) made the clothes look on p. 2 and really liked the silhouette of Tex on horseback on p. 3. The "coyote hunting" imagery worked very well, too.
These Eisner westerns are pretty straight-forward in plot-lines, but it's little visual and verbal references that make them memorable--despite the corny attempt at dialect.
