This is a reprint from the American "Saint" newspaper strip, drawn by John Spranger. Saint creator Leslie Charteris got writer's credit but it's unclear if he wrote more than the first couple of episodes (drawn by the strip's original artist, Mike Roy). The Amalgamated Press people did an unusually good job in editing the original continuity. It reads like an new story rather than a collection of chopped-up dailies. Spranger's artwork is excellent.
