The creators of PACIFIC BANDITS
– ERIC PORTER (Wombat Flat) often produced funny animal and other humour strips, but also some adventure stories; very little is known about him. (https:www.lambiek.net/artists/p/porter_eric.htm)
– MOIRA BERTRAM (Pacific Bandits) studied portrait painting, but took to producing comics in her teens; her signature character is Jo and her Magic Cape. Her experiments combining page composition with storytelling makes her work distinctive. She is sometimes called the Queen of Australian Comics.( https:www.lambiek.net/artists/b/bertram_moira.htm)
– W.W. (Terror Island) is a mystery, and it isn’t known who hides behind those initials
– TERRY POWIS (The Missing General) is best known for writing and drawing war comics. He was born Frederick Powis in England, emigrated to Australia and worked producing movie posters (as Fred Powis) and comics (as Terry Powis). His movie poster experience lead to him crafting striking comic book covers. (https:www.lambiek.net/artists/p/powis_terry.htm)

the Lambiek link on Moira Bertram leads to a page which has a link which eventually leads here.

From which we learn the following,
[All quotes attributed to Moira Bertram (unless otherwise indicated) are taken from a 1983 questionnaire completed by Bertram for American cartoonist and comics historian, Trina Robbins, for the following book: Robbins, Trina & Yronwode, Catherine (1985), Women and the Comics; California; Eclipse Books.]

No one else has mentioned it, so maybe I'm the only one who thinks this way, but to me Moira Bertram's art has a strong H.G. Peter vibe. I wonder if she was a Wonder Woman reader.
