This is some amazing research. Without looking at each number, I could not see if the same number was used at any different publisher. If so this could prove a surrogacy or other unknown/unproven links.

Managed to find Publications from David Mc Kay
Looks like none of their titles contained adverts but I may be wrong

I checked some ACE Comics 143,144,145,147 and it looks like McKay did not use outside advertising.

  Thanks for looking....I'm really at a loss where to go next...
One of the databases i use is https://archive.org/search.php?query=batman%201940

you can perform 2 types of search

You can do a MetaData search that you can use to find lets say 'Batman'

You can also perform a 'search text contents' that looks inside the file .....Is there a way to search inside  database files for 370H or 370
