A new superhero comic now in the French language section.  This is Satanax #2 from 1948.  As the comic is larger than my scanner, this is the best I can do with it.  Still, I hope you enjoy it.

Thanks, I really like Satanax but, up to now, it's the only one I've found.
Today, the first 10 issues of a new Spanish title, 2 Americanos en Europa and very nice it is too!  You can find it here:-
https://comicbookplus.com/?cid=2736
Just added 2 pages, 1 in Mallorquin and 1 in Spanish (they both say the same thing) which were handouts for the Wally Wood exhibition in Palma de Mallorca.

A new compilation.  Keeper of The Dread Sword was a front page serial in the weekly Adventure paper in 1948 which in turn was based on a previous text serial in the same paper.  Features a masked mystery man with a giant scimitar:-

Doll Man #3 is an Australian reprint.  Doll Dog turns up as well.  ;D
The claim that the comic was drawn in Australia is interesting - see P.18
You can find it here:-
https://comicbookplus.com/?ACT=editdl&did=39467&symid=39870

And another Aus. title.  This time, Tim Valour#13 with some nice art from John Dixon.

Added a new section in Aus. and N.Z. comics.  This is Tim Valour.  #13 was already on site and I have added #14 today.  Nice comics with art by John Dixon and the cover of #14 is really good.

A third issue of Tim Valour - #28.  This issue might be prior to the other 2 issues, note that the other 2 have New Series printed on the covers.  Then there is the format which is an older Australian format, I think. This issue looks normal, like a standard portrait comic, but when opened, it is landscape format.  The staples are at the top of the cover.  Can anyone shed any light on it?
In poor condition, this is as good as I can make it.  It's also the last example in my boxes.  So, unless some of our Antipodean members can conjure up some more, we're stuffed!

Paw,

It is humbling to us all that a sentence of such literary eloquence now graces our forum :)

I wonder whether #28 may actually the newest book. You have a good point concerning the format. However Dixon's art in #28 seems more mature than that in #14 and #15. The faces, figures, and drapery are more assured. There's also a greater level of detail on the aircraft and the backgrounds. Maybe by issue 28 the publisher figured the "new series" label had run its course and dropped it. I don't know why they'd have decided to change from portrait to landscape format, though.

So glad quality prose has a place and is recognized by the cognoscenti!  I continually endeavour to raise the standard of writing and it is heartening to receive such praise. ;D

Tim Valour #28 - Thanks crash. I take the point about the art and have noticed the price increase from 6d to 8d, which adds weight to this being a later comic.  I've had a close look at the originals and the price is printed, not overstamped for the British market.   But it's the format change that concerns me with the landscape format, and especially this odd hybrid one of the staples at the top of a portrait cover, being an older Aus. style.
I hope some others can offer opinions, please.

A new addition to the British comics section with, "The King's Captain".  A 68 page, b&w pocket library featuring D'Artagnan and the Three Musketeers.  The cover was in tatters but I found a replacement. The rest of the comic is in appalling condition but at least you can enjoy the excitement and action of a great swashbuckler.

And another British title, Samson #2  from 1955

A new addition to the French section, from 1948, which I bought recently in a second hand bookshop in Palma de Mallorca. The bloke in the shop had no idea where he got it.   In poor condition, with badly trimmed pages on thin paper, it is readable and I hope some of you will enjoy something a bit different

New addition to the L. Miller, British comics section with Space Commander Kerry #51. Art by Mick Anglo.
1953.

Modifying this to add that we now have a new section in Aus/N.Z. comics for Phantom Ranger.  Only 2 comics at the moment, but at least a start.
