Title: Hello from Belgium
Post by: csem on May 01, 2021, 08:45:37 PM
Hello,

I am a Belgian citizen with a passion for science fiction. When I was young, I read a lot of what we call "petits formats", that is, black and white comics published in small magazines. One of my favorite heroes was Ace O'Hara. It was by searching information about this character on the net that I found your site. Thanks to you, I will finally be able to discover the first 13 adventures which were never published in French. I find that some stories have no title. Here's what I found on a Swedish site:

Hello csem, and welcome from Australia!

I have two questions for you.
1/ Are these books downloadable from that site?

2/ Are they old enough to be PD, - In the public Domain? - which all comics on this site are.
They sound really interesting.

If one of our administrators - not staff - since we are talking about volunteers - is interested, they may contact you with a PM - personal message.
In the meantime you might find something else here that interests you

Cheers!

Welcome to CB+ csem.  Thanks for the story titles. The Swedish site seems to have done what we did with the Buck Ryan strips - create a title based on the story line.
Enjoy yourself here and please join in the conversations.

Thanks for the welcome. Unfortunately, no file is downloadable on the Swedish site I visited. That's why CB+ is so precious.

Cheers,
