Hard to think of Neal Adams as 80 years old. In my head he's always been one of the Young Turks. Guess this means Steranko is about the same age? What a talent Adams was.

Sad news, I still think of Adams as one of the new boys. Jim Steranko is now 83 and as far as I know keeping well on a diet of chicken salad and about five hours sleep a night.  Long may he continue. RIP Neal Adams.

Neal had a huge effect on Superhero comics in the 70's to now. His style, until recently and the influence of the Japanese was the dominant visual style.
Watch for the commemorative books from both Marvel and DC, to start.
R.I.P. Neal.
