Title: Looking for comic of an alien shot down trying to fly...

Over the Berlin Wall.  The alien had a flying belt.  Does this ring a bell with anyone?  Since the Berlin Wall was built in 1961, it would be sometime after that.  Would appreciate it if anyone could help me out.  Please upload if the comic is out of copyright.

If that rough date is right, this has the feel of a Charlton short. But I'm afraid it doesn't ring any bells with me.

Thanks paw broon.  I believe the Berlin Wall was erected in August of '61, so it was some time but
not long after that.  I remember I was pretty young when I read it.  But it blew me away.  I would
really like to find it.  I have some Charlton scans, so I guess I'll check all of them.
