You don't even have to do that, you can run Window, (any flavor) on a Mac at "Full" speed if you have a newer Mac with an Intel chip set. I run Window XP on my Mac with Bootcamp.

I use the comic reader Comical for Mac. It's not the most stable program, but it gets the job done.
