Title: World comics on comics UK
Post by: paw broon on September 29, 2012, 02:27:30 PM
comics.co.uk have put up a new section to discuss world comics and while I think a fair bit of chat could be about British comics reprinted or adapted abroad, there is more than enough interest in non-UK comics to interest members here.  Please have a look and contribute to the discussions.  With any luck, it wont be too alien.  I went on a steep learning curve when I joined CB+ and another when I signed up for comicsuk.co.uk  and I knew a fair bit about the subject but some of these folk are guru standard.

Yes indeedy, as soon as I read your message and it's now up and available.  I thought it was rather nice but the art looked as American as all get out.  Couldn't find the artist on Lambiek though but it is difficult to read the name even with the magnifier on Cdisplay.ex.  The company that published it is the same one, I think, as produced a number of other titles incl. Fantax, Big Bill and Black Boy but it'll need a bit of research to confirm and that'll take more time.
