Title: copyright on uploads
Post by: melbee on October 11, 2015, 10:48:59 PM
As a newcomer to uploading to this site, I am wondering if the copyright on uploads is always researched and confirmed as being safely in the public domain by CB+ before they are released on to the CB+ site?  I ask this because I am unsure about the reliability of my doing all of this myself before uploading. It goes without saying that I neither wish to break any copyright laws myself, nor do I wish to compromise the owners of this great comic book site. In view of the CB+ site's impeccable reputation though, I feel sure that some such system will automatically be in place, however, a simply-put guide on this subject (I'm a raw beginner don't forget!) will be most welcome. Thanks in advance!   :)

Melbee,

no worries, Only the Admins (And I am not one) can make an uploaded comic go live.  I have had a comic or two not get posted because of the copyright situation. Standard users can't just go crazy posting scans.

melbee you can upload away. If it is not public domain it will not be posted so we can decide for you.

Thanks for the reassurance, Narfstar!  I'll get to it then...   :)
Cheers!
Melbee.
