Post by: blueyes on December 09, 2015, 08:03:20 PM

I have many comics on my hard drive
recently I did not know how to explain to a policeman
These comics are not piracy
which it is the legal basis used to download, reprint, or have these comics in USA ?
I want to explain properly to an authority
I appreciate your comments

In the USA books had to contain the word copyright or the little c, the name of the copyright holder and the date in close proximity on the front cover, inside front cover or first page to be legally copywritten. These copyrights were for 28 years then expired unless renewed for another 28. Some of the books here were never properly copywritten. Most here were but never renewed.
