Title: CBZ woes
Post by: Mike Gray on November 07, 2016, 09:20:00 PM
I sure would appreciate anyone's advice about this: Every time I try to download a book from Comic Book Plus in the CBZ format and attempt to convert it to CBR or PDF through a conversion program it gives me an error message. Am I the only one who experiences this problem? Many thanks in advance to whoever responds. - Mike

Change the file extension from ".cbz" to ".zip", then unzip the zip file and then you can put the image files into what ever type of file you want.

also, .cbz is a standard format, any comic reader software like Cdisplay or Comic Rack should be able to read the files.

the program 7zip can also extract the image files from the archive w/o even having to change the files extension.

Also I am not quite sure why you would want to convert a cbz to a cbr .. I can see the other way round and also to pdf makes sense. But cbz -> cbr ? best Mark
