Post by: Jackie999 on April 18, 2017, 05:54:00 AM
Hello,

I'm from germany and I'm a real fanatic of many of the comic books you've posted here...
Enyoing so much!!! thank you!!

Now I try to print out one of the gem comic, but I never had a book in my hand. What was the original
paper size of the old comic books?
"Letter" or "Executive"....?

Thank you! Jacques

Hi J,
The golden-age books could dramatically vary in size.
If you look up the book you want to print on the Grand Comics Database here - https://www.comics.org/

Click on the issue number (or one in 'green' near that issue) and sometimes they list the page dimensions near the top of the listing.

Good luck,
-Yoc

This site lists some sizes for comics throught the years. (http://www.wikihow.com/Size-Your-Comic-Books-for-Proper-Storage)

They list Golden Ages as being 10.5 inches tall and 7.75 inches wide.
