Hi,
I need a new section under United Features for Tip Topper Comics. When Tip Top went bi-monthly, Tip Topper was introduced and published in the alternate months.
Unlike Sparkle Comics, which alternated with the older Sparkler, and is almost all non-PD, I can upload Tip Toppers because it features Fritzi Ritz instead of Nancy. The only non-PD in it is Li'l Abner.

Thanks! First one mow added (#27).
One error: 2 non-PD strips, not one, are dropped: Abner and Peanuts
And I hope others add to the section!
