This site has a selection of interviews with Scottish creators, considered underground and indie, which sheds some light on the lesser known, but no less important, people in comics. Well worth a listen, and Sha from BHP is the organiser of the con I'll be at in Edinburgh in a couple of weeks.
I'm probably a bit biased as I've met some of these folk and often bump into Dave Alexander (of the legendary Electric Soup where Frank Quitely started out with The Greens) at marts and cons. Metaphrog are good people.
