Title: Re: Black Hood Comics 17

This may have been the most interesting collection of Black Hood stories I've read. I love Kinstler's art in the first story, though his bold lines sometimes obscure facial expressions in small panels. The premise of the story was outrageous, but the execution was fun.

The Curse of the Black Leopard was worthy of a classic pulp adventure with its supernatural tease and background story of a primitive expedition.

The Dreaming Bandit story was intriguing, even though preposterous. We've often heard of the fantasy (or had it) of spending the night in a department store. This story builds on that common fantasy.

The text story wasn't surprising, but it was handled well. I can't believe how much they put into two pages of text.
