Sad news reaches us that Robert (Bob) Downing has passed away.  Most of us on cb+ knew him as Bogof39 but we knew Bob more for his tremendous scanning contributions of story papers and comics.  His passing is a great loss to our wonderful hobby.
He will be sorely missed.
