Title: Hit Comics #32 (Quality), New Funnies #76 (Walter Lanz) Andy Panda -- PD?

Hi --  I'd like to request Hit Comics #32. 

I'd really like to see 'New Funnies #76' - however I'm not sure if this qualifies as PD - due to the title being Walter Lanz or character Andy Panda which I'm not sure is 'public domain'.
