Title: Babe to Rags

Hi,
The info associated with Harvey's Rags Rabbit - "tracking: Numbering continues from BABE RUTH SPORTS (Harvey, 1949)", should be deleted.
Somebody entered that somewhere long ago and it stuck, but it's been shown to be wrong. Babe ended with #11, and nobody (so far) knows what preceded Rags #11.
