I live in Salem, Ma, and enjoy a variety of comics.

Comics = good :)  I'm pretty excited to find this site.

I am from Massachusetts, as well, from down in the Buzzards Bay area. Welcome and jump right in to the conversations and community.  What kind of stuff do you read?

My wife and I are tentatively planning a trip to Boston this coming summer. She is a huge fan of the movie Glory, Robert Shaw and the 54th and wants to see the Shaw memorial.

Let me know when you are going to be in town. I think it would be wonderful if we could say a quick 'hello'.

BTW, I was a co-worker for many years with a gentleman, Alexander 'Sandy' Shaw, who is a descendant of your wife's hero.  Sandy, a decidedly quiet, humble fellow, is a really nice guy who lives in a Boston suburb.
