Is this comic out of copyright? I would like to read it for my comics channel, but not if it's still in copyright.

But, I will say I think that would be doubly so if Disney and "The Mouse" are being discussed.

Okay, I'm no lawyer either, but given that this booklet is standard 1950s Disney Mouse, there ain't a chance in hell that it's Public Domain. Just sayin'.
