I dont know the story behind this particular publication. Al Capp was so far right he'd fall off the edge.
The title says it all. Creatures from Drop-out space.It's not her appearance that makes Sloppy Belle unappetizing to Capp, it's the youth culture she represents. This whole thing ia full of negative assumptions about people because of their appearance. Pretty contemptible propaganda.
