Frabig, It's an Ebook. It will open as a #.CBR file, but badly, most of it is missing.
But if you download it and right-click it will give you the option to open it as an Ebook. if you have an Ebook reader and do that you have the whole index but not the whole site.
This is the best one I know. But it is complex - does everything but butter your toast. And make sure it is right for your computer.
