Title: Why is my avatar pic not showing up?

Anybody know?  I can't get it to show up no matter what I do.  It worked before, now it doesn't.

You have to link your avatar...none of us can upload direct to the site for now. I have mine linked to one of those photo-hosting sites.

hmmm...that sounds too much like work.  Guess I'll just go avatarless for now.
