Can someone please help me with getting my limits reset,Its been at zero for about 10 months now and I dont know what to do to get it reset,I'm not sure how this works or if I did something wrong to have them go to zero,any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I think I need my limits set and not sure how to do this or if I'm on the right area to have it done,can anyone help please,I also have some books to upload,is there a certain format they need to be in to do this,Thanks

i think i need a reset as well, signed up a few weeks ago and my bandwidth download limits have always been at 0.
