Gold Key but reprints from 1955-1958 Dells is it OK?

No it is not OK Gold Key is far to late, does not matter what they are reprints off, they are likely not public domain if they are printed after 1962, and most Dell comics are not public domain in the first place. Which comic titles are we talking about precisely.

Annie Oakley and Tagg list copyrights from 1955-1958 so must be Dell reprints of Annie Oakley

Being a reprint does not automatically make something public domain even if the original is, there are often small differences so the reprint is not an exact duplicate of the original. Gold key comics are not GA and not public domain a 1965 comic is automatically copyright protected will not be public domain for some time.
