if I want to create my own golden age superhero role-playing games and reprint books using the comics on the site, and my own artwork, what should I do?

Apart from the obvious! Avoid trademarked characters and that one you are on your own on!

thanks,however,i have more questions:
1.which trademarked characters should I avoid?
2.are you referring to the quality and Fawcett heroes?
3.what about the public domain ones?

ALL trademarked characters!!! ... lol
Personally trademark seems like a minefield to me ... so I keep well clear of the whole thing!

Thanks for the advice.,i was considering using the Fawcett heroes, with the exception of the marvel family,to avoid legal problems with DC Comics.,you da man.

I think any other than the Marvel Family would be safe.

anyone other than the Fawcett characters, the Quality Group ones and a few "names" that would get you into trouble with Marvel or DC. Oh yeah stay away from the MLJ books too.....that's Archie to you Alan.
