Title: cbr and cbz files

can i use winzip or winrar program to convert them? if not, can u tell me what to do so that i may view the files?

You will need to change cbr to rar and cbz to zip then winrar/zip will work to unzip them into jpg files. Or you can download a comic reader to read the cbr and cbz files. Whichever you prefer.
