Just curious as I am new, how many of JVJ comics have been scanned? How many more are there to go in the JVJ collection? Do we have other collections to scan? What happens when all the JVJ books are scanned, what do we do next?

Hi Norrin,
On August 29, 2009 we had 302 JVJ books on the site with several more added since.
I'm not sure exactly how many books Jim owns but I don't EVER see the day we will be DONE as Jim could be adding new books all the time.
I don't know of anyone else willing to share books for scanning.  There are several scanners scanning their own collections though.  Henry Peters has a very large collection with several of his scans on the site.
What do we do next?  Well I think we just keep on doing more of the same!  Hopefully the JVJ Project lasts for a long long time and we see a Lot More of his books scanned.  At the same time I hope more collectors with collections to scan will also find us and share their PD scans with the gang here!  We always welcome new scans and scanners.  :)

Take care,
-Yoc

We've only scratched the surface of the JVJ collection.  It's a fairly serious scratch, though.  :P
