OtherEric, I hope you don't mind if I steal this information for the GCD. We currently have recorded for these Fox giants different combinations of remaindered comics.

Feel free, but make sure to note that all I have is yet another combination of remaindered books in my copies; other than the first few pages of the Almanac 1948 all I do is add to the list of possible known contents.
Here's what I could figure out on that first signature of the Almanac of Crime 1948:
Cover
1st story: Cattle Kate. 9 pages including IFC. Reprinted from Women Outlaws #1; although the GCD shows the story as 10 pages in that book. I think this is the story used in "Seduction of the Innocent"; I know I've seen one panel from it reprinted before.
2nd Story: Kiss of Death Kate. 7 pages. Reprinted from Western True Crime #15 (#1)
3rd Story: Gang Leaders: Frankie Yale. 1 Page. Not listed on GCD so I don't know where it first showed up, if anywhere.
I did double check the dates; the two stories appeared in books with cover dates earlier than some of the remaindered issues in the book so they're definitely reprints. With two SOTI mentions I do wonder if Wertham saw this rather than the original books, though.
