"Condo" (Armando D. Condo) also did the strip "The Outbursts of Everett True." Both that one and this one seem to have started with a basic idea that was repeated endlessly.

In this case, there don't seem to be any actual "jokes," just a pattern of repeatedly applying a common phrase to cavemen and cavewomen who have joke names of the sort that "The Flintstones" would resurrect many years later.

However, you have to give Condo credit for some very nice artwork.
