Anybody know what comic this might be from?

If it's from 1976 as seems to be indicated, it could be Haunted Tales #22, a reprint of DC's House of Mystery #251.

Here are the GCD's credits for Fradon for 1974-77.  Nothing jumps out at me as that story though.  Anything pre-1974 from House of Secrets and House of Mystery is in a Showcase.
