Of course Earth-2 lives on and we have gotten glimpses of it in classic issues of the recently ended Justice Society run that featured the New DCU Earth JSA (or what I call the reconstituted Earth-1a).

DC is playing it smart in my opinion...I have no intentions of buying any of their reboot DC Earth-52 offerings, but if they are going to finally give me DC Earth-2, I'll buy it...I can only hope that this new showing of the Earth-2 JSA is handled with care and reverence to the legacy of these classic characters.
