Interesting concept (the marketing not the comic).  This appears to be primarily a tool to encourage subscribers to Archie Comics digital archive.

I am always interested in new comics and I like the basic story premise.   The MLJ characters were enjoyable in both the GA and early SA.   There are few totally original series ideas; most are reworking of something that came before.   So, its really depends on how good the writing is.   Here we have no clue but what  the promo artwork suggests.
 
The few art samples shown so far make me think of Saturday morning cartoons rather than a comic book.  This suggests to me that they are aiming at the younger reader.

Still, I will be keeping an eye on how this develops.

As a huge fan of the SA characters I hope for the best but do not have my hopes up. Too Many Heroes in Mighty Crusaders is one of my all time favorites.

I liked the Shield. I just finished bagging my old Mighty Crusaders issues and here I get to see some new stuff.
