Hi,guys,
While on newsarama,i found out that dynamite entertainment is featuring flash Gordon,mandrake the magician,and the phantom will appear in it's kings watch mini-series.

I had a look at the info. and a few pages but first, what concerns me is the continual use of the term "pulp" when describing the 3 heroes.  I could be wrong but in this case I know I am not.  They are a number of things but not pulp characters. I also have a problem with a lot of Dynamite "changes" to classic characters and ( I could be accused of nitpicking here), I note that the editorial team seem happy to show The Phantom's eyes. One can only hope that Dynamite do not decide to use an adulted up Mandrake, or give the reader a Narda deshabille'.  I am probably wrong about all of this and we can only wait and see but I wait with trepidation.

Well I will at least give it a look when it comes in. I am looking forward to Captain Midnight # 0 this week.

Oh, I will take a look on the lcs shelf but they let phans down badly with their version of The Ghost Who Walks.  And I meant what I said about Mandrake.  We can't have him all alpha male covered in blood or whatever.
