A puzzling mess, this issue seems like an Everybody-and-his-Brother job. Large chunks were pencilled by Gil Kane, but other pages obviously weren't. The opening pages look like Crandall/Evans but that's probably because they were swiped (also note several John Cullen Murphy swipes here and there). The heavy DC-like inking tends to even things out, but on some pages even the inking looks different. Fascinating.

Probably an official "Frank Giacoia" job on the pay roster, but he's called in lots of friends. I'd guess Don Heck under him on the earliest pages and much Kane spotted around as you noted. I don't see the Evans. Maybe even some Sekowsky? All are helping FG pencil, IMHO. (|:{>
