Looks like there's a signature in Clark Gable's collar in the last panel of "It Could Only Happen In Hollywood." If so, it's very different than Prentice's other signatures, making me doubt it being by him even more. |

I agree it's not Prentice, but I think the marks on Gable's collar are just hatching. |

I was quite struck by The Unconquered Heart until I read the Susan Peters entry on Wikipedia which has a much sadder ending. I can't recommend it to the faint hearted. Turns out her heart was conquered after all. |

The Gable hatching vaguely looked like it could have said "Prentice", which is what drew me to it. It feels too structured to be plain hatching, but in fairness it likely is just that.
Looking at the hands on the blond male makes me sure it isn't his. |
