| Notes | Per information from a December 1941 NY Superior Court hearing, Ace art director, Fred Gardener, stated that Pat Lamar's studio provided all of the artwork for this issue, as well as script, lettering, and coloring. Lamar was paid on May 2, 1940. Lamar admitted that the only art work he did was corrections. The on-sale date is from the publication date recorded in the Catalog of Copyright Entries, Part 2, Periodicals, 1940, New Series, Vol. 35, No. 3. |
