| In re the Henrietta strip on page 26--
Can anybody explain to me what the joke is here?
Or did they chop off the last two panels for the indicia, thinking it was funny enough without the punch line? |

| Looks like you're right -- they must have discovered that they needed to include the statement of ownership at the last minute, and arbitrarily decided to cut the last tier of panels from the Henrietta one-page gag strip in order to fit it into the issue (the USPS required it to maintain subscription mailing permits). |

| @Peter B. Gillis - I imagine it was meant to turn out that something was stepping on the scale with her or that the scale was broken in the first place, because I think I’ve seen that joke used elsewhere, like in a Fritzi Ritz comic. |
