Partly, my rating is nostalgic, for I once had this comic. Mostly though, the rating reflects the skill in which the writer(s?) brought their three major heroes from WW2 stories to stateside, civilian stories. Other superheroes didn't fare as well, and even Captain America floundered for purpose after the war. (Until 1964, that is.)
Here, the Black Terror, Pyroman, and Doc Sava -- uh, Doc Strange are at their peak of story AND art.
What a dime could buy you in those days!!
