| Synopsis | While writing his memoirs, retired Judge Fragelet muses over sentencing a criminal named Bruin to jail, when suddenly he is killed from behind by escapee Bruin. When Judge Straight reads of this in the morning paper, he, as The Red Demon, searches the late judge's home and discovers a clue to the killer: a peanut shell, which leads The Demon to Bruin and to trial. However, "Blinky" escapes on the way to court, and The Demon once again must track him down to bring justice. By a twist of fate, "Blinky" saves the Demon and a little girl, displaying the fact that there is good in everyone. |
