| Synopsis | The Mayor announces to the City Council that the city is flat broke. As if in answer to their prayers, a strange being from Jupiter, Ikzip rockets into town and offers to put his rocket on display and admissions can be kept by the city......for a small favor. Once the city has regained financial security, Ikzip renders his bill: that the town of Centerville be given to Ikzip for immediate transfer to the planet Jupiter! When the Mayor refuses, Ikzip brings out his Hypnojive, which plays music that brings all youth under his control, but Nature Boy prevents Ikzip from taking them to Jupiter. |
