Once the city has regained financial security, Ikzip renders his bill: that the town of Centerville be given to Ikzip for immediate transfer to the planet Jupiter! When the Mayor refuses, Ikzip brings out his Hypnojive, which plays music that brings all youth under his control, but Nature Boy prevents Ikzip from taking them to Jupiter. |
