The cover is blurry, maybe saved too lossy.

The Private Dogtag story seems to be missing. Not to make too big a deal of it, though, because the one in the previous issue was… well, it's not a loss I feel too keenly. Counting the pages, though, and having looked for the story, I've deduced that it's absent for some reason. Perhaps having to do with national security!
