| The Doc's bumbling minion Hugo really put the evil doctor in a mess this time! |

| Al Avison's cover is almost comically cartoony, while the interior artwork is either OK or really fine. The Bob Powell art on the mummy story is great (the splash panel especially) and the final (Bird-man) story is also very good. One nit-pick, in the first story, an Egyptian mummy returns to life and immediately speaks perfect English. |
