Silberkleit is recorded as editor on the first published Statement of Ownership for October 1st, 1939. Abner J. Sundell was working as editor for Louis Silberkleit's pulp publications and could have acted as editor on the early M.L.J comic books.

NotesPreviously credited to WIll Eisner apparently due to an erroneous (or at least as yet unexplained) entry linking Boodini to Eisner in Who's Who. All known Boodini appearances in the 1930s are by Fred Schwab, who is also credited with wr/pen/inks/ in Who's Who. Much of Schwab's early work is signed, and this matches the style exactly.
The "Boodini" feature usually appears in Funny Pages (Centaur, 1938 Series). This is its only appearance in Blue Ribbon Comics.
