SynopsisHollywood script girl Susie is courted by assistant director Frank and by “small time actor…small time man!” Monty. Monty and Frank get into an argument on the set and Frank defeats him, but Susie calls Frank “a cruel, savage killer!” and quits her job. Monty challenges Frank to a boxing match at the studio party that night, and Dan Cupid convinces Frank to accept, thinking Susie will come back to Frank if Monty thrashes him. However, Frank is winning until Dan steps in: Frank loses and he and Susie reconcile.

SynopsisCatharine Carter responds to a letter from stewardess Jane. Jane says she and pilot Bruce were in love and intended to wed, but he suddenly resigned his job, broke their engagement, and vanished. Miss Carter is on one of Jane’s flights when their airplane makes a crash landing in a remote area. Coincidentally, they’re rescued by Bruce, who moved to the desert because he has tuberculosis. Jane and Bruce are reunited.
