Am I crazy or is that a naked guy, complete with all equipment, hanging from the wall on (our) page 39, panel 4? I don't believe I've ever seen another example of full frontal nudity of either sex in Golden or Silver Age comic books. True, a number of bare bosoms showed here and there--usually in jungle comics and then usually on native women--but the pubic area remained covered.

Frank Filchock was a professional football player in the United States, but was suspended by the National Football League in 1947 after becoming involved in a cheating scandal (his suspension was reversed in 1950).
