NotesJVJ's art spotting says "Mortimer ? or Robbins ?", Jerry Bails' Who's Who says that Win Mortimer never worked for Hillman, but Eddie Robbins did.

Mortimer was working for Hillman at least as early as 1942. See, for example, the Private Parker stories in Victory Comics 2, 3 and 4.
