Listing the "True" publisher as ACG is correct. Leffingwell never produced even one comic book. They sold off their excess WWII Wartime restricted paper quota to comic book publishers like ACG, Nedor, Fox Features, Lev Gleason, Spotlight Publications, and others. Topsy Turvey showcased Teen Comedy character, "Cookie" as test marketing for their "Cookie" series, which started after the Wartime paper restrictions were over.
